Three tier publishing architecture

After
lot of time inside the Internet publishing I've found some conclusions.
And based on it, some ideas trying to fix common problems.
One
of the more suggesting is discovering publishing
cycles of documentation are really comparable with software.
Don't have the time for explain it here but I've talked about this in some
of my talks for years. For both you can observe three phases
in the publishing process:
- authoring,
- printing
- and publishing.
- creating and managing the sources
- packaging the knowledge to be ready for mass comsuption
- reach the packages to the public
