openssl-upstream

openssl-upstream - A general purpose cryptography library with TLS implementation

Website: http://www.openssl.org/
License: OpenSSL
Description:
The OpenSSL toolkit provides support for secure communications between
machines. OpenSSL includes a certificate management tool and shared
libraries which provide various cryptographic algorithms and
protocols.

This package differs from Fedora's provided since it uses pristine upstream
sources. That is: it includes all upstream code removed by Red Hat due to
patents concerns. It supports ECDSA.
